Auto Barn is a family owned busness. Started in 1982 by Ted and Troy Miller.
And was incorparated into 1601 Group Inc, DBA Auto Barn in 1985.
We started as a body shop and progressed into parts.
Now are mainly used auto part
Today we recyle about 150 cars a year.
Ted worked at Tomlinson Brake and Spring as an alinment tech for 20 years and owned Millers Marathon before that
He also taught suspention at University of Northwesten Ohio for a few sessions.
On august 21 2024 Ted passed away at the age of 88
Troy graduated from Apollo JVS in Auto Body
He also works part time on a Sports car endurance race team for 15 years
That team has 5 Manufacuer Championships,
5 Drives Championships, and 5 Team Championships in Grand Am/IMSA racing
Troy has work with severel manufacuers including
Mazda, Ford, Corvette, Acura, Porsche, and Subaru
